Walking/Cycling
There is wonderful countryside all around The Royal Hotel, and there are many great walks and footpaths around if you want to make an afternoon of getting here.  OS Landranger 110 or OS Explorer OL1 might be useful.  Lovely cycling country too, though a little hilly for me…
